Black River Lake Complex Dec. 17th

We will be at Black River Lake Complex on Dec. 17th, launching out of Cross Bayou at the new ramp! Safe light until 3pm, hope to see everyone there and bring some friends.

i do a lot of fishing on the complex but not this time of the year. should be interesting. hope there is not a lot of rain the week before it could really be tuff. by the way that day is lil bro's birthday. maybe Eddie will come on and join the circuit and we all can spank his butt that day!!!

That would be cool!! You need to stay on him about joining us. We have been there a few times in Dec and it can be both tuff and really fun!!

he has a new sea ark 18 1/2 solid white with 115 susuki rigging it out today. if he can find someone that will partner with him he'll jump on board. jigslinger needs to ride his tail a little more along with the rest of us. we want to take his money!!!!

He's all washed up, no goodies left in the bag, a donater, a has been. Ypu gotcha a big boat now, so no lil boat excuses. Come jump in the big boy club Mr. Crawgator. We'll have you and whomever as partner limping back home ever tournament. Now that I just put that big ol crosshair on my back, let's see if the ol boy will play ball

he sits out in the drive way at night in his new boat pitching into a 5 gallon bucket with no water in it. kinda sad ain't it

less than 30 days and some rain would be welcome to the complex. BRL itself in yankee water clear and 18-24 inches low.

the rains had little effect on the complex. water levels rose less than 6 inches. perch jerkers are having a field day mostly on the bayous. a few bassers were out this weekend but they were talking knotheads nothing over 2lbs. got to get better. cold weather should position the bigger bass to where they can be caught.

you tell when it close to T-TIME everyone has quietened down. heard our number one team has located some good bass on the complex last week. that should save a lot of gas for the tag-a-longs. this weekend prefish will be a slow bite for sure cold water and high skies will be the boss. if any one sees jigslinger this weekend follow him around till i can find him. he is suppose to help me and george locate some fish. he has plenty of holes down there to share a few would how nice a guy he really is.

I say two or three of us should just follow John around all day and get all in his way!!!

A few of my BRL scouts said they saw a minature chewbacca on the front deck of a tin boat out prefishin on the complex this weekend. Maybe Lockjaw can verify

good job done on the complex. fair weights lots of close bags for those below first. myself all alone couldn't even get a limit. heard lots of fish were caught in bayous and the big lake. Jigslinger gonna be hard to deal with he is on a roll----one in a row winner!!!! good job buddy

Thanks Jaw, gonna be a contest on the unfamiliar waters of Okhissa. Im excited to go there in January, if nothing else it will make us a more versitle fisherman. See ya'll then
